This chopping board, Bresa Model, has a rectangular shape suitable for your kitchen. This is a standard board with beveled edges and non-slip pads that is suitable for food contact. It does not absorb humidity, odours, flavours, nor can produce resistant germs or splinter. It is very easy to clean. This chopping board is highly resistant, so you can chop every type of food at the same time it protects the edge of the knives. It is available in different colours in order to identify the type of food that would perfectly be cut on that board, thus avoiding cross-contamination. Dishwasher safe. It is made of high density polyethylene and ensures safe food-handling. Available in purple, white, yellow and red. The purple colour is intended for chopping food that does not contain allergens. The white colour is suitable for pasta, cheese, bread and pastries. The red colour is appropriated for red meat (beef, lamb, etc.). The yellow colour is suitable for white meat (chicken, turkey,...).
